I had my appointment with Sandy and she took her time doing the ultrasound which shows how professional she is at her job. She is very sweet also and makes you feel comfortable and relax.
The personal attention, the wonderful attitudes of the staff and doctor. Overall, we look forward to our appointments here because we know it’s going to be a pleasant experience.
I highly recommend Dr. Jacques. You can tell Dr. Jacques loves what she does – her cheerful attitude is infectious! She's exceptional at breaking down complex test results, patiently explaining every detail until you're completely clear. Plus, her genuine interest in your personal well-being and family truly sets her apart.
Words can’t even begin to express my appreciation for Dr. Jacques. In a world where women of color are repeatedly ignored when they express their concerns and pains (as I was by a previous doctor) having her was a huge sigh of relief for me. She is knowledgeable and caring. Pregnancy is a beautiful but sometimes scary time and she has helped keep my anxiety at bay. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could
I can't wait to see her again for my perinatal appointment in 3 weeks!
This review is specific to Dr. Jacques - not her administrative staff: By far one of the best physicians I’ve ever seen! Her bedside manner is unparalleled. She treats you like a friend/family member, takes the time to thoroughly care for her patients and makes sure you understand and are comfortable with everything explained. 5 stars do not adequately rate her as a medical provider.
Dr Jacques was so pleasant and she explained everything in detail and by the time i left the office, i felt better. She's so knowledgeable!!
