Verified Renter Love the community’s d i really DONT want to leave but I’m not happy with management and the lack of communication and response.. I don’t feel I’m getting what I over pay for!!

Verified Renter This is a great community. It’s usually quiet and peaceful. One of the best things is I do not have to struggle to find parking. Another asset is the staff. Each staff member I have met or dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t convey to Nicole my appreciation for all of her assistance!

Verified Renter My first night moving in, my bathroom and kitchen flooded.. I’ve been here over a month the work still isn’t completed.. I have no screens in my windows, broken kitchen cabinets.. Holes in the wall behind the door handles… The paint is just piled on over and over again. I need a new living room ac unit!! My experience has been horrible… The leasing office is horrible and not very friendly at all!!

Verified Renter I am so happy with where I have been living for the past 3 years. My neighbors are nice, the area is kept clean besides the people that don’t get up there dog poop. That’s the only problem I have on the block I live. Other than that I really enjoy living here.

Verified Renter Since I’ve been here, I’ve had a great living experience. The only thing is maintenance can stand to be a little more on demand. As I understand they are catering to a large community, availability should be more open.

Verified Renter I enjoy living here except for the noise with all the kids running around . The communication could be a little better between the office and residence when it comes to managing maintenance requests. Once it took 3 months for a repair and even the the person just showed up and no one was home so he left.

Verified Renter Each unit should have a washer and dryer but doesn’t. Also each unit should come with one parking space but doesn’t. Leasing office disorganized. Street Parking is horrible. Overall not a bad area.

Verified Renter I’ve been here going on ten years and honestly it’s be cool. They do fix things but I wish the parking was free. It’s very clean when they cut the grass and pick up the garbage in the apartment field.
