Verified Renter If Elmwood Village had the most beautiful warm apartments, (which it does not by a long shot) the most picturesque landscaping, (which it does not by a long shot) it wouldn't matter because there is garbage everywhere. The dumpsters are either broken, filthy, inadequate, not picked up enough- it is disgusting. It's time to take the blinders off.I gave a 2 rating because I think the maintenance service department is doing a great job; prompt, somewhat skilled, patient.

Verified Renter Honestly, it has its pros and cons. Just choose an upstairs unit for a peaceful life. If not; leave space for noisy neighbors and the leasing office telling you that they wont be able to help you.
Verified Renter I truly enjoy my apartment it's located in an area where I have easy access to buses and stores. I get to see children playing with one another and having a great time . My neighbors are awesome!
Verified Renter I love this community. Pleanty of shops and I feel very safe. Everything is near by and the ladies in the main office to top it off are great. Julianny is great she is a great asset to Elmwood Village Apartments.

Verified Renter I've lived at Elmwood Village Apartments since Dece 2018. My first apartment was; spacious, great layout, washer/dryer in the unit, and in a quiet corner of the complex. My only issue at the time was my upstairs neighbors being unsanitary, which leads to me having a roach infestation in my kitchen. In August of 2020, my family and I had a fire in our kitchen. Verified Renter The environment of the housing estate has been greatly improved. Children's playgrounds and bicycle rental services have been added. Police patrols in the morning and evening. The public security situation is good. Thank you!
