Verified Renter My experience has been an amazing 4 years living in Elmwood Village. The staff in the office are wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing. The keeping of the street I live on is nice and clean . My neighbor are awesome. I love the quietness of the street I live on.

Verified Renter Very disappointed and not at all satisfied. Specifically asked for certain amenities I needed and was assured I would have them. Until the day we moved in, nothing was the way we were told it would be. Specially the apartment, we were shown a "sample" apartment but the apartment we got did not look like the sample at all. Not going to continue with everything else, can write a book!! Can't wait to move!!

Verified Renter I did not meet my expectations as a new apartment it was clean kitchen cabinets has some dirty liners from previous tenants windows where not that clean some didn’t have screens and can’t be close fully
