Verified Renter Been living here over 13 years. Love the location. Schools are great. Community has grown over the years. Shop Rite is coming around the corner. There is a laundry mat nearby, as well as many stores. Google Elmwood Village Apartments in Elmwood Park, NJ. You can see for yourself.

Verified Renter Forget my apartment, let’s focus on the outside of it. I have moved in to this community exactly 3 years ago and there has been major changes to this community. This complex Management cases about your kids, they built playgrounds in the front yard s of a few and doggie playgrounds for the pet lovers. This is a win win. They upgraded the outside and let me tell you it’s an upgrade to what it looked like before. Beautiful upgrades. Verified Renter Elmwood Village has its ups and downs when it comes to maintenance. Your issue will be resolved but it could come at more timely manner. I grounds are cleaned and cared for. The lights in the garage are a welcomed addition. Not a bad place to live. ????
Verified Renter We would really like if we could still have another playground or dog park closer to Donor Ave or even have benches or grills since it is starting to be nicer
