My overall experience has gotten a lot better. If ... My overall experience has gotten a lot better. If I've put a maintenance request in it has been fixed within hours. My only wish is that the complex considers getting speed bumps due to cars speeding around the curve.

My family and I just moved here and we love it so ... My family and I just moved here and we love it so far ??. We fell in love with the community, we look forward to the spring and summers here making new memories.

I would give 5 starts because I love this neighbor... I would give 5 starts because I love this neighborhood, but there's a huge problem with the walls and roofs, and no one comes and fixes it. The rent is very expensive these apartments should be in a better condition.

I've been living here for a year now and I love my... I've been living here for a year now and I love my apartment, the maintenance team is awesome! The office staff is very nice always clean. I love the way the staff keeps us updated on any issues and we there's something going on in the community.

I moved in on Dec 1 and when I say it was the best... I moved in on Dec 1 and when I say it was the best move for my family & I. I enjoying the peace & quiet And people are friendly that is a plus in my book

We’ve only been here for 3 months but do far our r... We’ve only been here for 3 months but do far our residential experience has been great. When needed maintenance after hour, someone showed up less and fixed our issue the same night.I’ve only encounter welcoming neighbors so far. And we love the convenience to leave the car parked and walk to the stores.

I really like it here. It is really cozy! It is su... I really like it here. It is really cozy! It is such a perk to have a dog park, playground, grill, and outdoor work out area. I even feel safe walking out at night. :) 5 stars

I’ve been here 12 yrs and I’ve never had my apartm... I’ve been here 12 yrs and I’ve never had my apartment repainted. My bathroom has been re-done poorly 3 times. The MOLD keeps coming back because it was never done right the first time. I’ve had a leak in my bathroom sink for months the door is falling off and three different maintenance guys have come and taken pictures of my bathroom and said they’ll replace the sink and the tub needs to be redone. Very nosey neighbor that’s listening to my conversation’s because the walls so thin then she puts it on Facebook for the world can know my business..I can’t play my music without complaints..I was accused of stealing packages I feel like this a jail ..
