My friends finger was broken from a falling window Someone intentionally locked a heavy double hung vinyl window (which had no braking mechanism )to keep the window from dropping. When my friend unlocked the window it dropped on his finger with lighting speed and broke his finger at the Joint. Not a safe apartment building especially for elderly people and children .
High crime area and low quality apartments Spoke to some renters. There was just a stabbing in the complex. The appartment look like they have 50 coats of paint over everything. Closet doors seemed to be stuck together from the paint. I saw rat traps around and the residents seem sketchy. I saw a man staring up into the sky talking to himself and swaying. He didnt move the whole time i was viewing the appartments. Would not recommend. Buildings seem very old.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! These people do not care for your business, they take forever to fix something if they even fix it at all. We've had a roof leak and our bathroom walls are coming apart. We've still have not had it fixed, after numerous of times complaining about it. We can't even shower because who was dirty water from the tenants upstairs raining down on your head. Not to mention that the hot water rarely lasts here and that if you even get hot water at all many times you are just getting cold showers. The walls are so th... read more

Do NOT Move here Living here was the worst two years of my life. The rent is entirely to much for what you’re actually getting, the paint is discussing there must be at least five coats and chips constantly the parking in absolutely insane if you don’t pay $75 for a parking spot every month. The people who work in the office are an absolute joke they never answer the phone or give you any type of help if you need it. Past tenant Move right in, the promotions sound so good lol...if you don't mind parking problems, mold and very unprofessional management (they will stop being nice the minute you sign that lease). And make sure to notify them 2 month before your lease ends (even though it has a date on it !!!) that you are moving out otherwise they will charge you for extra weeks and days. RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION The sales associate will most likely show you the model and tell you it's what you should expect. When I asked to see the apartment the day I signed the lease I was told " they are working on renovations" Trusting Victor , I signed anyway. What a mistake ! Very Expensive - Horrible Apartments Everything is wrong with the apartments Sketchy neighbors/people around the area Drugs Sketchy management - liars/thieves too expensive horrible floors/walls garbage problem rodent problem never ever any parking just avoid this place at all costs maintenance never fixed anything

Too expensive for what you get The three bedroom is listed at $2300. At that price you expect to see up grades. Not here! What you get is run down. At $2300 a month renters should be getting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with upgrade bathrooms. You can rent a single family home with all these upgrades in the same town with a spacious backyard. At this price the three bedroom is not a deal.
