Two strikes Your Out!! – This is really a two-fer as far as a dismal experience. I called saturday afternoon to see if a car was still available, and to check their hoursfor the day. I was told 6:30 ( website states 7pm) Arrived @6:10 and the doors were locked, no one inside. After a 2 hour run to see a vehicle, NO ONES HOME. This left me a little less than happy with this place. Waste of Time !! – Really quick cause I need to pick up my son, Called Elliott Bay and asked about a little Infinti FX35 SUV they had. The guy told me about the car and we went down to see it. CarFax one owner and it even had service records. I drove it and loved it. (knew I would) We finished our deal in 25 minutes and I now have my new FX35. Easy Squezy. Try em' youll like em' Connie L

Nice People to Deal With – I bought a nice Lexus RX300 from these guys. Had a concern that the tires were a little worn. They allowed for new tires even though the price was admittedly the lowest online. Liked the service and the no BS approach. Thanks for listening, Frank H

My New Favorite Dealer – Got an 2006 Rover with low miles for $3500 less than the other dealers had them for. I got financing from them also (Alaska USA Fed Credit Union) that beat my BECU pre-approved loan. I will tell my buddies about Elliott Bay as they exceeded my expectations. Greg P

Elliott Bay Auto Brokers was the perfect choice – We had a great experience with the guys at Elliott Bay Auto Brokers when we bought our Lexus LS430. It had very low mileage and we were able to take it to Lexus of Seattle for an inspection before we purchased! Once it passed the inspection (with flying colors) completing the purchase was a breeze. We love Elliott bay Auto Brokers – From the moment we stepped in Elliott bay we were greeted with a "Hi There" and a smile. We already knew what we wanted (BMW Convert.) We saw the car on Autotrader.
