Great Vehicles and Prices – I recently had a great experience with Elliott Bay Auto Brokers when I purchased my BMW X3. Elliott Bay happened to have a used X3 that was the exact color I was looking for and so I stopped by one afternoon. The vehicle was immaculate and had the exact options I wanted for a great price. The sales staff was nice and made the experience comfortable while being very efficient.

Great place! – Ever since I was young I have always wanted to have a Mercedes-Benz. For the past couple of years I have always stopped in to Elliott Bay just to browse and admire the beautiful cars. The staff was always very friendly and allowed me to dream for as long as I pleased. With a recent job change I was able to purchase a new vehicle and trade my old Camry for a wonderful MB GL450. My purchase from Elliott Bay could not have had been easier and I am already starting to save for my next Mercedes...hopefully an AMG!

"RUN AWAY" DAMAGED CARS – Don't get scamed! These guys will tell you anything, INCLUDING that the car you are looking to buy has NEVER BEEN in an ACCIDENT! They will even show you a Car Fax if you push them, But if you go online and pay to get your own from Car Fax it might look different like mine did. I paid for a Car Fax and the report showed two accidents and thiers showed no accidents. Don't know how but DON'T GO HERE!

Great Place. Great Price – Great experience at Elliott Bay. I love my Cadillac and the salespeople were helpful. No stress at all and the vehicle checked out well from a local mechanic. Definitely will be back.

Love my car!!!! – Best customer service around. Literally red carpet service. I called ahead about a Lexus is stock and when I arrived the vehicle was out front. Quick test drive and I new it was going to be my new baby. Still love the car and will definitely buy again there (even though my Lexus will run forever).

I AGREE DONT GO THERE – What scammers.I looked at an Audi A4 at Elliott and was about to buy it but something seemed wrong with the car,the light was flashing on the instrument thing,it was a safety light or something,so I told them I wasnt sure if it was o.k.plus I wanted to check my financing before going forward anyway.Man,you would have thought I just kicked the guy ,he told me if I didnt buy now they would sell to someone else,so I told him I would check my bank and be back.Well in the time it took my bank to call back ... read more

DONT GO HERE – Dont BUY FROM THESE RIP OFFS.The guys seem nice and helpful finding me a BMW that drove nice ,but seemed to shake when we drove over 40 miles an hour.I asked Domenic what was wrong and he told me it was a wheel balance and he would give me $100 off the car to get it done myself.So,I took the car to Firestone to get it fixed,the mechanic tried to fix it but couldn't due to damage to the suspension.I called back to the seller and they said I must have hit something.I tried to get Domenic to admit that it was dri... read more

Large variety. – We decided to stop in on a Thursday afternoon on our way to BMW Seattle and see some of the other vehicles we had found online. Upon arrival at the Elliott Bay offices I was a little put off by the lack of service. When we first walked in the main entrance it was a little strange to not see any vehicles.
