amazing experience buying the car at Elliot Bay Auto Brokers. needing a new vehicle to replace my aging Accord I stopped by Elliott Bay Auto Brokers on my way home from work. Not really wanting to commit to anything, I enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. I drove a BMW 328i and I was in love. They took my Honda as a trade in and my new BMW has the same payment as what I paid for the Honda. WIN, WIN
We recommend Jim and Elliot Bay Auto Brokers without reservation. One final note, Jim arranged to have his tecnicians take care of some minor paint damage to my mother in laws car at 1/2 the price we were quoted at a local auto boday repair. One can't measure the value of making one's mother in law happy after all.... Little did we know that we would not only get a very good value in buying the car but also end up making a new friend.
I just purchased my second car from these guys and have been very pleased with my dealings with them. When test driving the first car, I curbed a wheel - ugh. I ended up wanting the car so they fixed it good as new, and charged me nothing.
GREAT EXPERIENCE – I stopped by here and did a little shopping based on a raving recommendation from a friend. I didnt buy a car yet, but when I do it will definitly be from these guys, there was no pressure, their cars are nice, and there are no "used car salesman" like at a similar lot we went to down the street. Overall a great experience.
DO NOT BUY NEW – I LOVE ELLIOTT BAY! My Lexus has been amazing and the deal I got was even better. Do not buy new buy from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers
YAY! MY BMW IS GREAT – The BMW 328i I bought last year at Elliott Bay has been nothing but a dream. I love the heated seats and the great stereo. Elliott Bay got me a steal of a deal and made sure the vehicle was mint before taking it home!
Worth the drive – made the drive from puyallup and could not be happier. after shopping locally i found the right car for me but elliott bay had a similar vehicle for less money and the car had more options as well as lower miles. it was a no brainer to drive to seattle and wow it was well worth it. i know from now on where i will be buying all my cars.
