I AGREE DONT GO THERE – What scammers.I looked at an Audi A4 at Elliott and was about to buy it but something seemed wrong with the car,the light was flashing on the instrument thing,it was a safety light or something,so I told them I wasnt sure if it was o.k.plus I wanted to check my financing before going forward anyway.Man,you would have thought I just kicked the guy ,he told me if I didnt buy now they would sell to someone else,so I told him I would check my bank and be back.Well in the time it took my bank to call back ... read more

DONT GO HERE – Dont BUY FROM THESE RIP OFFS.The guys seem nice and helpful finding me a BMW that drove nice ,but seemed to shake when we drove over 40 miles an hour.I asked Domenic what was wrong and he told me it was a wheel balance and he would give me $100 off the car to get it done myself.So,I took the car to Firestone to get it fixed,the mechanic tried to fix it but couldn't due to damage to the suspension.I called back to the seller and they said I must have hit something.I tried to get Domenic to admit that it was dri... read more

Large variety. – We decided to stop in on a Thursday afternoon on our way to BMW Seattle and see some of the other vehicles we had found online. Upon arrival at the Elliott Bay offices I was a little put off by the lack of service. When we first walked in the main entrance it was a little strange to not see any vehicles. DO NOT GO HERE!!! A TOTAL RIP-OFF! I bought an Audi around the end of last year and 5 different engine lights appeared within one week from purchase. The check water-pump light, Over heating warning, the service warning, check washer fluid, and check tire pressure.... Had to be rigged. Customer service was great until I purchased the car. For a month straight I would call an ask for any info on the service records that were supposed to come with the car, but didn't receive not one single call back.

Good value! – We recommend Jim and Elliot Bay Auto Brokers without reservation. One final note, Jim arranged to have his tecnicians take care of some minor paint damage to my mother in laws car at 1/2 the price we were quoted at a local auto boday repair. One can't measure the value of making one's mother in law happy after all.... Little did we know that we would not only get a very good value in buying the car but also end up making a new friend.

There Is a Reason Why People Don't Trust Used Car Dealers! – I urge everyone to buy used cars at a local major dealership (name brand ones like Mercedes Barrier, BMW, etc.). You may pay a little more, but they are a lot more conscious about keeping their customers happy. They want referrals. So, be very hesitant in buying cars from used car dealers!
