good, fast, friendly service – im really not much of a review writer, its gotta be really good or really bad to get a review out of me. Good fast service, the sales guy, Dominic, was super laid back and was seriously the reason I bought our car. He let me know right off the bat they dont haggle or play back and forth games, he made sure my car was perfect before I took it home (got the car cleaned up) everything at this place is indoors, so you dont have to mess around in the rain. When I found the car I wanted they didnt tr... read more

Couldn't have had been any better. – After visiting both BMW Seattle and BMW Northwest, I knew I was set on purchasing a 2008 BMW X5 4.8. Once I continued my search online I discovered Elliott Bay Auto Brokers and saw their great prices. This intrigued me to take a look. Not only was their selection excellent with many X5s to choose from but the vehicles were all in excellent condition unlike many used car dealers. I ended up with a beautiful low miles X5 with the options I wanted and probably saved $7k over going to the BMW... read more

Good deals no dicker???? – I visited Elliott Bay for the first time two weeks ago. I was only toying around with the idea of getting a car. I live in the city and haven't had a car for years so this was a big decision for me. The first thing I liked was the no pressure sales approach. When I walked in I was approached by a sales guy who asked if he could help. I told him I was just looking and would ask him if I had questions. What happened next was remarkable, he let me walk around until I had questions. I walked around the... read more

Not a typical car buying experience – I just purchased my second car from these guys and have been very pleased with my dealings with them. When test driving the first car, I curbed a wheel - ugh. I ended up wanting the car so they fixed it good as new, and charged me nothing. For the second car, I traded in the first. The first was quite a bit more expensive than the second, and they were fine with that. Then after a week, the new car developed an engine light. When they checked it out and found a water pump problem, they n... read more

I didnt even buy and they treated me GREAT – I went to these guys after 2 of my friends bought cars from them. I wasnt ready to buy yet, but they had a ton of cars and I just wanted to narrow down some options, they let me look without giving me a hard time, and didnt ask me if I wanted to buy something, they just kind of left me alone. All of their cars are inside so I didnt have to walk around in the rain. An ideal place to check out cars. When I do decide to buy a car this is where I will be going.

Customer Service Nightmare – I bought a 3-year old BMW with low miles from Elliott Bay (EB) after doing thorough research and finding the car I wanted on their lot. I arrived to test drive the car, and it was filthy--dusty, with badly curb-burned rims, a spoiled-milk smell pervading the interior, and grease stained tan interior. On asking the sales manager if EB would clean up the car if I chose to buy it, he rolled his eyes and said, as if explaining to an ignoramus, the car had been on their lot a long time and they just w... read more

Great vehicle, pricing and easy transaction – I recently purchased a 2008 BMW X5 from Elliott Bay Auto Brokers and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ver had. The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicles I was inquiring about. They have a great inventory of very high quality vehicles to choose from. I was able to extensively test drive the vehicle I ultimately bought in order to get comfortable with it. The car was priced right so there really wasn't much negotiating that needed to ... read more

Terrible Dealer – My girlfriend bought her BMW in Sept. and we have had nothing but problems. Its a 2007 and they told us that it was in perfect condition. We had to spend $980 on struts in october and they would help us with anything, they just said that my girlfriend didnt know how to drive and must have ruined the struts.O.K. Then in November the stereo speakers went out in the back. The BMW dealer said it was from water coming in the rear window caused from a "prior repair" so I called Elliott Bay and they said they couldnt ... read more

Buying a car was easier than I thought it would be! – I was looking to buy my first nice car and after doing a lot of research from my computer I determined that I would be best off with a BMW 550. A true sports sedan designed to drive like a two door with the flexibility of a full back seat. I narrowed my search to three dealers within ten miles that had the same cars. The first dealer had nice sales people and the car appeared to be nice, but after asking for a carfax (which they tried to not give to me) I found out the ca... read more
