The guest service I received from Primal was terrible. He didn't see that I had bought tires from Elk Grove Toyota and was about to charge me for synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I had to correct him on that and then during check out he doesn't hold the door open for me going to cashier to check out. Any place with dealing with customers, the workers always open and hold the door for their customers to go through first.
