Recommendedi made an appt today and Ron was my service tech. i asked about my tires and they needed to be replaced. the tire specialist did a price match and i left with 4 brand new tires. i went in for an oil change, once Ron realized my car would be there for a few hours he asked of i needed a rental. bottom line is Elk Grove Toyota stepped up their A game, best customer service, courteous and professional. thank you for the awesome service!
