RecommendedI purchased my 4 Runner in 1997 from Florin Road Toyota and have always taken it to Elk Grove Toyota for service. The Staff has always been great but the last time I took it in for a oil change and that was with an appointment with one car in front of me it took two hours. Hopefully when the new service center is finished it will speed up the time that it takes for a oil change because two hours is too long with one car in front of me.

RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at Elk Grove Toyota! Their customer service is AMAZING! I came in just to do a quick maintenance check and everything went very smooth. I was already frustrated coming in because of traffic on the way there but everyone I interacted with was polite and super helpful and understanding. Mathew Shrum helped me out. RecommendedAll the staffs are very friendly and helpful.I went just for free recall check ,however I received a vip service.I needed to put my car for an long time check ,they even offered a free rental car.I also noticed they list all the labor fee,that will definitely give customers peace of mind.Will use them again.

Everything was great until I paid. Before I got the work done, I asked can I get the tune up for $495 out the door? And the service advisor said yes I can do that. But when I picked up my car and paid the next day, it was $510. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to ask about it, so I just paid it. If you’re going to give me a price, please stick to that price. Like I said, I asked before the work was even started. And I was told yes to $495 out the door. Sure it’s only $15 but still that’s shady business.
