I have had the same negative experience as most other reviewers. 1.5hr wait in horrible, cheap chairs. She did bloodwork and mailed me the result, never set a follow-up appt. I did get a 2nd opinion that indicated Dr Turner was wrong in her assessment and after further labwork was diagnosed properly. I wouldn’t recommend her to my dog. If you can go somewhere else, do it. It was an overall bad experience. Her staff is nice. She has a horrible bedside manner.

Dr. Turner conducted one round of bloodwork, provided a negative diagnosis, and mailed the results without scheduling a follow-up appointment. Seeking a second opinion, I consulted another rheumatologist who expressed concerns about her approach, describing it as lacking diligence. He emphasized that a single round of bloodwork is insufficient for an accurate diagnosis. I had my first appointment with Dr. Elizabeth Turner, and I was very impressed. She was incredibly thorough and concise, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and writing everything down. I appreciated how she referred to my past doctors’ notes to ensure a comprehensive understanding of my medical history. I feel confident in her care and am glad to have her as my rheumatologist.
