Been treated like a criminal. Feel like a prisoner.
Our experience with the Dental Department is the worst, in particular their Procedure Scheduler, she doesn't communicate with me, or other departments at Children's Hospital that need to be informed of what she is doing, or why she has been delaying a set of procedures for my son for over a month. And when you talk to her, she always has an attitude and doesn't cooperate with the patients needs.
So what do we think about children's hospital, well it goes something like this. When we were at children's hospital our daughter had heart surgery witch went well but the problem started on the eighth floor. The nurses treated us good for awhile until they started treating us like criminals, now I understand that they have a lot of different situations but we shouldn't have been treated like trash. This hospital is wonderful, they help in every way possible. Not just from the patients care, they help the whole family with everything they need so that they can focus on their child getting better. Thank you Children's Hospital Colorado.
Air lifted our daughter here for no reason. Now there holding her hostage on a mistry drug. We ask to transfer to springs and they say two days. This is a concentration camp for children!
I'm so very greatful for the support and everyone on my baby's team that help him fight the tough fight. Just an amazing hospital I'm so so greatful their is no other place on earth id rather have my son at!
We've been going for years. We drive about an hour to an hour and a half to get there. We have always been treated great and been seen in a timely manner.
