My daughter is a patient at the Children's Hospital Colorado Pediatric Allergy Clinic. Dr. Maureen Egan is fantastic! My sweet boy spent 9 days in the NICU and I couldn’t have been happier to have the team we had. Dr. Madoka and Jenny came by every morning and checked in on their rounds and always asked my opinion on their thoughts. Never have I ever seen any doctor give so much concern let alone wanted my thoughts. Dr. Madoka loved on my sweet boy as she checked him out. My nurses were awesome as well. Thank you doc Chan and the rest of the surgery team! My 5 year old son had a TnA there on the 17th they had a women come in and show my son pictures and tell him what diffrent things do then helped him pick out a smell to put on his mask for the anesthesia the doc and anesthesiologist came in anf talked to use including my son then we got to walk back and stay with him till he was asleep it definitely made the whole experience easier for my son, for most parents seeing their children afraid is heatbreaking Thank you for maki... read more
Beyond frustrated that my epileptic son who had a break through seizure this morning can not be seen for two months and then only by a nurse. The clinic schedulers refuse to let me schedule with a medical doctor because someone made my sons initial appointment with a nurse instead of the doctor I requested. I don’t understand. A child is having seizures and can’t be seen? Who do o send my official complaint to? Heartbreaking.
I love Children’s Hospital of Colorado!!!!! My son has been admitted twice and had follow up appointments and has always had the best care!!! He was discharged a couple days before expected this last time and they absolutely went above and beyond. Cody, Micah and Chris at BBOY45 made my sons stay there a lot more enjoyable! Thanks to all the staff there for doing whatever you can to make kid’s stay there better!!
I absolutely love everything about Children's Hospital Colorado when we first started there we were so scared and unsure about anything that was coming at us now we are getting close to being a year into the children's family and that's truly how they treat u... Like family from doctors to vallet to nursing staff every single person we have came in contact with there has been great!!! Highly recommended by our family :)
They were amazing from the time we checked in til the time we left. Everyone was so patient and friendly to us especially the doctors and nurses and the beautiful ladies that checked my baby into surgery. I was a nervous wreck, but after the doctor and nurses and anesthesiologists came in and explained and answered all my questions and that they would take care of my baby I felt a lot better. Thank you all again
I can not say enough good things about the staff and specialist that took care of my son. Never heard of Kawasaki’s disease but they have an entire team here for this rare disease. This team this place has a new appreciation to our family. No doubt why Children’s is one of the best in the country.
Why do they treat Medicaid patients like they don't exist? Came in at 11 am with my 4 month old with fever. They gave him Tylenol and took a urine sample. 6 hours later I had to ask if they were going to give him more Tylenol since first dose at 11. They say they are keeping us to monitor his breathing and heart rate. Even im not a nurse or doctor and I know that it comes with fever.
