An absolutely horrible hospital! Don’t go here if The lab was the worst. No social skills, very rude, never explained what they were doing, didn’t ask name and birthday....
8 months to process and send a bill that my insurance covered most of and then call us 6-days after we received it to see how we're going to pay after we called and asked for an itemized bill of service.......I say this to your billing and process department...FUCK YOU and happy holidays! P.S my bill is paid in full now
My 9 year old son had major life changing surgery, Dr Nathan Donaldson in ortho was just amazing and helped us feel so positive about the whole situation��
Children’s hospital Colorado staff were amazing with our 9 year old Son. Our regular pediatrician did everything he could and finally sent Van to children’s hospital. The staff were diligent and very thorough. They also were really good about telling us all what was happening and why. Our son was diagnosed and discharged with a plan of action within 5 days. Thank you all so much for your work!!!!
I thank the nurses n doctors for taken care of our babygirl n doen an awesome n amazing job.also thank them for taken care of my niece n doing an amazing job with her...Y'all are awesome teams/Staff n crews n amazing in everything y'all do..me n my family thank y'all Soo much..God Bless yall
LOVE the hospital and the care you get here...however that is ABSOLUTELY where the joy ends. We have insurance but Children's REFUSES to bill the insurance. Even after MULTIPLE calls, some even with an insurance rep on the phone. Now the want to garnish wages...seriously!? Hey Children's billing/registration/collections etc departments...get your shit together. If we lose ANY money from this screw up of yours we WILL sue you and you WILL lose as you have not done your job info protecting your patients and their families. Pat... read more

This hospital is amazing. They were professional and caring in every aspect. I am so pleased with everything about it.
This is the best children's hospital we've been to. After months of uncertainty, Dr Soep was able to confirm that my son had rheumatic fever by just one appointment. We spent all day there doing different labs and both my son and I were not excited about that. BUT we were not bored at all. There are little shops, and a great cafeteria. It is also very clean! We had follow up calls just to check on my son later on in the week. I couldn't be more pleased with their concern for our family.
