She was asking what I believe were the correct questions for the symptoms I was having, however she did not seem to care about the pain I am in. She just told me to take some OTCs and come back in 3 months. I waited in pain for a month for this appointment for some good answers and she had little true sympathy for how I was feeling.

Worst experience with this GI doctor does not respond to phone calls or messages on my chart. Clearly does not care about actually helping somebody. This place is a joke. Had all my labs done with several being abnormal and I’ve called them everyday and the doctor has yet to get back with me after 3 weeks. This place is TERRIBLE!

I absolutely LOVE Beth! She is so patient and kind. She never rushes me out. She's fully engaged in our conversations, and won't leave until she fully understands my concerns and has a plan to remedy them.

Doctor Goodwin has that perfect combination of professionalism mixed with being personable. It's the type of atmosphere you'd wish you get out of your primary Doctor. Appointnents here make you at least feel like your issue matters no matter what the outcome. Other doctors ask a few questions, in 5 minutes, and pass you some pills. Here is like you're family.
