Elizabeth and her team were fantastic in helping us sell our first house. We signed on with her because of her success in the local market. She did a great job marketing, pricing, and staging the property and negotiating the final agreement. We accepted an offer (having multiple offers) less than 2 days after our house hit the market. Elizabeth and her team were great to work with. She advised me on what items to repair/replace in the home before we listed it, and provided contractor names/numbers for the work if I needed them. She gave me all the relevant information needed to price the house, and we worked out the starting price together. Her team was efficient and kept me informed about all showings and open houses. Elizabeth is a thoughtful person, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. She has an excellent team around her and they are incredibly efficient and friendly.
