Our sale involved property that was formerly developmental land. in a declining market, it had basically become agricultural land once again. our situation was difficult because it involved 4 folks in an LLC, scattered in four corners of the country. Elizabeth has her work cut out for her which is a major uphill battle to sell this house on Valentine Rd. She needs to put in 18 hour days, 8 days a week to just get a nibble. House is overpriced by at least 200k,she has to pull a rabbit out of a hat, maybe a giraffe just to get unconscious people in the door. If she sells this house then Obama watch out, she did the impossible......

Elizabeth is clearly a prime agent in the Ann Arbor market. I'm writing this not as one of her client, but as someone who made offers on some of the properties she represented. In that case, her much-lauded warmth was nowhere to be found. Perhaps this is a good thing for sellers but, as a buyer, I was none-too-pleased with what I perceived as toughness and more than a touch of condescension. When we decided to list our own home, it was not with her.
