Elizabeth has sold two homes, a condo and a single family home, for me recently. She was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about the entire process. She and her amazing team kept me in the loop every step of the way. If I ever move back to the Ann Arbor area, I will be calling Elizabeth to help me find a new home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying a home in the Ann Arbor area.
Our experience in listing our house with Elizabeth was as good as it could get. She listened to our needs, made suggestions to make the house more saleable, and followed through with everything she said she would do. We thought it would take months to sell the house, especially during the winter, but within 6 weeks we had two solid offers. We can't say enough good things about our experience with her and her staff.

Elizabeth, and team, were extremely knowledgeable, especially in regards to marketing our home. We followed her suggestions re: upgrades and were pleased to find that they all paid off with an early offer to purchase at an attractive price. She has an extensive network of contractors who are equally responsive and reasonably priced. She knows the market well - excellent judgement. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others, or use her again.
