Elizabeth and her team are highly experienced, professional, and were very good at communicating and responding to questions about the sale of our home. In addition, Bruce and Elizabeth stepped in and helped us through a tricky closing and we could not thank them enough for this. I would highly recommend this experienced team!
Elizabeth worked with us for over a year in preparing our house for sale. She provided excellent advice on value added improvements. She also recommended several “stagers”, which helped sell the house. The monies we spent were all value added. Bruce and Rachel ensured communications and the closing were stress free and seamless.
