We stumbled across a home we wanted to move on quickly and contacted Elizabeth to help us. We were able to purchase the home. Bruce and Elizabeth were extremely helpful working through some items that needed to be addressed and bring the sale to a close. This past 6 months we purchased a condo and sold our home with the expert help of Elizabeth and Bruce. Elizabeth gave us excellent advice on what needed to be done to ready our house for staging and sale and listened carefully as we worked out a selling price. She was spot on. We received three competing offers right away with Elizabeth guiding us through the process with considerable deftness. She and Bruce were available for our numerous questions and concerns. Working with Scott was a great decision and one that we are happy we made. He helped us find a home that we love and was very involved in the process. He quickly learned what we wanted, liked, disliked and he gave us great advice with each home we visited. Highly recommend!! Elizabeth, Bruce and the team made the process of purchasing a condo, primarily from afar, almost effortless. Their domain expertise is flawless. They are quick to respond and direct with their input and advice. From first inquiry through to closing they were excellent to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
Nancy took care of us beautifully. Was patient with us when seeing houses over the course of months. She found us some awesome and interesting options, encouraged us to make the right choice for us and not pressure us into anything. We were referred to Nancy by friends of ours, and we have since referred her to other friends, who have now purchased their home in the Ann Arbor area. I trusted her with this process and will absolutely do so again in the future if we sell our current home or are looking for another.
