Very friendly staff, clean exteriors with pretty landscaping. Great location with easy access to OU and the highway. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Great people. Great owners. Love the way they work with their customers. Have rented property from them before. Super fair and easy to work with. Going to rent property from them again for a business venture.
I find that often, most places don't care about their tenants. However Elite Properties goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their tenants. I have lived in other places but can't say I've gotten the same service. I love it here and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. Elite Properties is seriously amazing! I can definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

Great apartment great staff live there for two years and would recommend it to anyone. Had one maintenance problems called to be in next day they were out fixed and never had another problem.
