currently live in the nightmare here. i DO NOT recommend this place to even my enemy. Fridge that freezes everything a stove that has missing pieces not to mention all issues we found in the walk through before moving in. management and maintenance is poor. maintenance is fast to talk badly about others in the company. and dont get me started on the roaches here they tell you one thing and then office staff so conveniently forgets stuff. if you value your hard earned money STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Worst office staff ever. Gabby is rude and hateful. Jim the maintenance guy is awful. They don’t log any service requests and get upset with you when you call because the ceiling caved in!! Huntington creek apartments. STAY AWAY!!!
Worst place to live in Norman. Run don’t walk away from their apartments. Inept management that have no clue what they are doing. Get everything in writing because they will lie to you over the phone.
had sewage overflowing in my tub 30+ times in the 1.5 years I've lived here and called maintenance/sent certified mail each time requesting plumber. was ignored by management and taken advantage of because I couldn't afford to move out. dirty apts and shady management that refuses to respond to emails or calls.
I have lived here for 5 months going on 6. We have had mold since after we moved in upon notice of the mold we told the office about it. Nothing was ever done so finally I got tired of it and didn’t pay my rent because who wants to live in mold? I didn’t pay 1 month of rent on the 15th of this month I was served with papers to go to court for a eviction. they came under new management when we were moving out. the previous staff failed twice to fix a ceiling fan that we called and requested be fixed. of course wr had more important things to worry about so by time we moved out, it had never been fixed so we left the blade sitting in the room and figured oh well. now they want to charged me $75 because apparently we broke 2 blades (false) and there is no record of any work orders being put in. they called me a liar and said they highly doubt their staff failed to do their job ... read more
I regret signing here. The roof is falling apart, constant leaks. Our hot water heater is shared among our neighbors and has gone out in winter multiple times. We can’t shower if our downstairs neighbors have used too much hot water. Bugs. Roaches, we were given rat traps to deal with the roach problem. The first night I started moving things inside I was eaten up by fleas and promptly stopped. Had them come spray. Two year tenant but I'm seriously considering not renewing my lease. Recently switched internet providers and I have had to wait almost a month for these assholes to come and fix a telephone line in my unit they cut while remodeling awhile back. So I'm stuck paying for internet I can't even use because "Oh, we are down a person and you're going to have to wait for a little bit." I understand having multiple properties to maintenance and more important issues such as tenants without heat, but a fucking month is ridiculous.
