leaving tenant without hot water for days is terrible even worse in winter like weather this cold water barely 56 degrees out of tap as noted in hand held meter picture-to shower in cold water, in 2018 what is going on at elite properties? Reminding you off the following "The reason why a tenant has these options is that landlord-tenant laws have an implied warranty of habitability included with every rental arrangement."
No hot water for almost a week and no pro rated rent is shameful and such a lack of respect for your tenants.
I just moved in 3 weeks ago & I love it here so far. They have fixed all issues in my apt efficiently. The only issue I'm still having is roaches. I pray they go away soon! I shouldn't have to live with roaches! But otherwise,I feel much safer here than my last apt complex and overall this is pretty clean here. They take great care of their pool & laundry room here. This wasn't the worst place to live, in fact I have lived in several of their complexes. A couple months ago I would have given it 4 stars. However I have been seriously and negatively impacted by their recent decision to sell my unit. Almost every apartment I have moved into with elite has needed to be cleaned prior to moving in because it was not properly cleaned the first time, but the apartments are typically in decent condition otherwise. Bad apartment management!!! Im so very disapointed in elite properties ashamed to say I live here! I even had to go out my way to call my lawyer to figure out steps to report bad landlord(s)/managment! Im just going to be complety real and upfront about the situation at hand and will not stop posting on this website and on my fb about it until my voice is heard about my issues!
