My husband met with the salesman and in an hour we were getting our new windows that i love love love. When i was told how easy it was to clean the Anlin window. I was sold. It is not iust a window. It is a an amazing product that i cant believe we have in our home and never have to worry about it. The gentleman that knocked on my door was very clean and clear about why he was there.
My son and daughter-in-law just had beautiful Anlin windows installed in their home. I'm getting an estimate this weekend myself!
Cold called us for a consultation. Figured, why not, my house is old and could use a quote for future work. Set it up on a Friday afternoon at 4PM. A mere 2 minutes before the appointment, their office, using a Huntington Beach number, calls me apologizing half-assedly that their consultant had car problems and was unable to make the 4PM appointment. Main ducting fell off in garage. Been calling for 3 weeks and been told someone will call in two or three days to set up an appointment, I get nothing, which is apparently what there warranty is worth!
