they could return calls for starters!! my mom has a lifetime warranty and we have left 5 messages and an email and nothing !!!
Called today tried to weasel their way into my home offering help with windows, a/c unit etc then was hung up on. These so called Home Energy CO's or any construction co. with a license come to your home, give you an estimate & pressure you to SIGN before they leave or price is off the table. Who does business that way. Not ME! See (Google Reviews) for more carnage
The guys at Elite Home Energy really know their business. I had a ton of questions about solar and they know more than any other company I spoke with. Their employees were kind and professional when I visited their office in Santa Ana. I would really recommend this company if you want to be treated fairly and honestly.
I am in San Diego and get at least 2 calls a day from these people. Going on for months. I have a number listed for them as 714-968-5304. Seems to be a boiler room. They call me from a San Diego number that is no good...of course. Been requesting to be removed from their list for months. But is not happening.
