Went there today after getting off a 7-day cruise and had been really sick the last two-days. Dana, Craig, Lydell and Dr. Jhingree were awesome. This is always my go-to ER. They are always friendly and get you in and out quickly.
This is our Go To Urgent Care and just leaving again with my daughter. Always a pleasure dealing with the wonderful staff here. Today Dana was our Registrar, Craig was our nurse and Dr. Jhingree was the doc. Thanks again for always taking care of us!!!!!
I went in with a knee injury and was met at the car door with a lovely nurse and a wheelchair. Beginning with the front desk personnel and the X-ray tech and the nurses and doctor I was very happy with everyone. I was in a lot of pain and They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and make me as comfortable as possible. I ended up with a broken knee cap and they provided several referrals to an orthopedic surgeon. Always greeted by friendly people and taken care of quickly. From the registration (Teri) to my nurse (Meagan) to my radiology tech (Tara) to Dr. Fisher, I was given everything I needed in a timely and caring manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you guys for making such an uncomfortable situation pleasant!
