The people here are nice, but I went to go for testing for exposure (no symptoms) to COVID-19. Half the time the lady at the front desk had her mask around her ears. The waiting room was full of people in masks, and there was no system for people to wait in their cars, so if I’m not infected I probably will be soon with all that exposure. We were loudly asked what we were there for so no confidentiality in terms of why people were there. Thank you yet again Elite Care for taking care of me this morning after my tumble down the stairs! Your staff and doctors always are kind, fast, efficient, and empathetic! From busted legs, blood clots, emergency intubation, and knowing and understanding such a range of medical conditions; including rare ones! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Once again another amazing experience! My son had a head wound and they were able to patch him up and send us on our way within minutes today!! My favorite part was the pediatric room and how awesome the mural was, definitely gave us something to distract us! Thank you Teri, Lindsay, Maria and Dr. Jhingree!!
they give me a bad diagnostic
I was pretty sure I broke my ankle on Sunday. Went to Elite Care and was treated with excellent care. The front desk Lady was fantastic. The nurs exray person, and the doctor were caring and professional. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my ankle.
Elite Care 24 Hour Emergency is like no other urgent care I’ve ever been to. You feel as though you are in a 5 star hotel, not an emergency room! The care and attention they offer is unmatched, and the doctors and staff are incredibly kind and professional. Can not recommend enough.
