Recommended5 Stars It was the best experience I have had from an emergency room, the place is immaculate, the nurse and tech were wonderful!!!! The Dr. was excellent!!!! I had to stay overnight and it was like staying in a hotel!!!! I hope nobody has to go to an emergency room but if you do I highly recommend this place!!!!
Where excellence meets expectation! From the moment you pull in, the staff make you feel welcome and comfortable, and are eager to go above and beyond for patients and families. Desiree and Jamie at the front desk were extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable, Craig was not only highly trained and specialized, he is also efficient, along with Dr. Luu and Dr. Heiberger so we were in and out in no time, all fixed up. You’ll never go anywhere for any medical need again, nothing too great or small!
The building is immaculate, the wait is nonexistent, and the staff is incredible!! We had to take my 14 month in for a very high fever, an ear infection, and bronchitis. Everyone was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable!! Thank you Dr. Fisher, Ragan, Alesia, and Jamie!! Oh and we even got a care package, all of our paperwork in a neat folder, and teddy bears for our little one!

It was the best Emergency room I have ever been to! Very kind a caring staff. And I was tended to very quickly. They have plenty of seating and a variety of drinks and snacks for everyone. Very happy with the service there
I was held under observation because there were some concerns about my heart. Everyone was not only kind and caring but helpful. They explained everything and also consulted specialists. They tested and retested to ensure they were seeking anything they might of missed. Thank you to Jamie, Desiree,Alicia,Regan, Craig,Tara,Karssayer,Jhingree.
5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Was there last night with my wife. The staff is very professional. Facilities are very clean. Dr. Fischer was awesome. I can’t say enough about this place other than that they are absolutely awesome.
I love EliteCare! Staff always friendly. Really liked Reagan the Nurse who took care of me. Dr Fisher is a amazing doctor. His bedside manner is great! Takes the time to explain everything that’s going on! Very nice man! I will continue to use Elite, when and if needed. My whole family uses them. So nice to go into a ER and not have to wait 3 hours.
