Yesterday I called Methodist virtual care and would rate the device a minus 0! The dr was speaking down to me as if I had no brain. Today I went to Elite and was treated for allergic poison ivy !!!! They were excellent from start to finish. Check in was a breeze, environment clean and comfy, dr was professional and through and gave me what I needed! An injection of steroids and prescription for ongoing. The nurse was great and provided a painless shot! I will go back if I ever need anything . I highly recommend this clinic!!... read more

Went to an urgent care and they sent me to Elite because they did not have the means to run tests I needed. Jamie at the front desk was already ready for me when I got there and let Ragan know I was to go back. Ragan was understanding to the fact that I was already in pain and assisted me back to the room. Had an emergent situation after found out to have treatment plan botched by a local hospital and jumped right on my needs, thorough all the way and worked with records brought and PCP following up with after. Professional all the way.
Unfortunately I had the opportunity to visit Elite Care 24 Hour Emergency Room - League City on Feb 10 due to a fall (broken Humerus). However, the staff including Jamie (front desk), Nurse Doneshia, Luis from Radiology and Dr. Fisher were all very friendly and professional. I received top quality care. I would not hesitate to go back there for emergency needs. My daughter brought me here because of a good experience she had recently.
