We’ve used Elite League City several times, the most recent visit was Covid testing for two of my family. They have a great process for registering online & waiting for a text to come in to test. The nurses, PAs & doctors are always friendly and professional. It’s a very nice and clean facility, always runs smoothly.

Super unprofessional. My dad tested positive for the flu, they sent him no medicine to the pharmacy, knowing he is high risk with heart disease, and when I called to ask about him getting sent medication, they wouldn’t do it. Shameful place.... don’t care about there patients, don’t go here!

My experience at Elite Care Emergency Room was phenomenal. I was having intense abdominal pain and did not have to wait at all. The Emergency Room doctor came and got me out of the waiting room! They truly know how to provide exceptional care. Nurse Craig took the time to explain everything that was happening and Dr. Gukhool was really thorough and answered all my questions. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything you do. Elite Care is amazing!

The cleanliness and care was just that - ELITE!! Best ER facility I have ever visited. Wait time less then 10 min to get triaged and taken to the back. Dr. was in to see me in less than 10 minutes. Nurses and care techs were quick and provided everything I needed. Labs and CT scan performed and results reviewed quickly. IV Meds provided quickly upon assessment to decrease BP, HR and pain. We've had to take our toddler in to the urgent care twice, and both visits have been good experiences. The lobby and exam rooms are very nice, comfortable, and clean; we've been seen in a timely manner; and the prices were very reasonable when we had to pay out of pocket for exam, diagnostics, and treatments. The staff are all polite and the doctor's have been thorough and helpful in regards to finding the best treatment plan to help our little one.
