Ryan was excellent and got my service done. Prior to Ryan I had 2 appointments and was promised a loaner - no one called to let me know they couldn’t full fill that request. Instead I showed up twice and wasted time to find out I had to reschedule. Ryan finally helped me.

Bought an older model used vehicle from Nick with Elite. Although we were not spending a ton of money, Nick treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Jonathan was very helpful from the minute I called in with my car issue. He knew exactly what the issue was and scheduled my car for an appointment along with providing a loaner. Received repair updates via text as to the status of my car. Communication and service was excellent.
