The service advisor Mr. D. Rogers was customer friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the car maintenance. He quickly assigned a mechanic and conducted a test drive an immediately determined the problem. He immediately ordered the part. I returned the next morning for the repair, the repair was completed within the committed timeframe. I have full trust with this dealer’s service department.
