I purchased my 2021 Acura RDX as a CPO unit. This has nothing to do with the service department. The service dept and Daquan Rogers are excellent! My issue is the CPO unit I purchased this past summer is full of acid rain and environmental damage in the paint. I find it very very difficult to believe that this vehicle went through a CPO inspection and no one pointed this out or documented this issue anywhere on your internal service records. Went to the dealership today Elite Acura Dealership to get that A1 service we are accustomed to. The service center lounge is perfect and designed to satisfy all requirements while your vehicle is being serviced. We only take both our vehicles Acura TL and Acura RDX there and no where else. The multi point expection is Amazing! Thanks Elite Acura, see you on our next auto Maintenance check up, etc

Service department could use some reorganization. Seems understaffed, and very much in disarray. Kinda unprofessional
