Best Service Department Experience Even in the midst of Covid-19, this place provides great service. Lisa, the Service Department manager, is knowledgeable and always available for questions, and all the service writers and mechanics are friendly and extremely customer focused. I bought a certified 2016 Acura tlx from Elite Acura I bought a certified 2016 Acura tlx from Elite Acura maple shade nj 6 months a go after going to dealer couple times for transmission jerking. disappointing sales Was disappointed how they treat potential customers. Unprofessional and pushy. In addition they turned out to be overpriced, saved myself couple thousands by going to different Acura dealer that is 30min away
