Always the Best!!! I've been coming to Elite for more than 15 years (back when they were Sussman!). Four cars and hundreds of thousands of miles and the service is always the best. Sales and Service bend over backward to help you and will always "make it right". Tom Alfinito (GM) is simply the best there is.
Never ever recommend this dealer to anyone. Never recommend this dealer to anyone. such poor customer service have to call 4 months and write a review online to get them to resolve my issue which could have been done during the first phone call of 5 minutes.
What a great experience!!! We were in the market for a car for our son, who will be driving soon. We had been shopping and returned the dealer where we had purchased our last 3 cars. Problem/whistling sound At the end of June, a whistling sound started in my car. I called service and Scott F. said to come right in. Lisa R. then worked with me to identify what I was hearing. After letting the car sit in the sun, Lisa started the engine and identified that it was a AC problem. She scheduled a service on July 9th with a courtesy car for the day. Highly recommend We just purchased new ILX Acura. This is our sixth car with Acura Élite. Five of them we purchased working with Al Kaye. Like in the past it was an easy process no pressure no hustle and we got a good price. Highly recommend.
