Service department has gone downhill. Seems like all new staff. No one knows what’s going on. New manager Ben is rude and condescending. Technicians had no masks on!

Recently I bought a 2018 Acura RDX from a different dealership. However Elite is the closest Acura dealership to me so I went there for some routine maintenance. An absolutely excellent experience with Service Consultant Joseph Halloran. He took the time to discuss the car with me, gave me a crash course in Acura servicing. He was efficient and totally professional in every respect. The work was completed while I waited for the vehicle. Had my RDX in for a routine oil change and had an AC issue and Turbo issue always have a great experience with Elite. They're very friendly.
Took my TL in for normal service. As usual Pat and the guys in service did an excellent job. Found a problem I was not aware of but brought it to my attention with options as to what to do with it. My 2009 TL has 335,000 miles on it and still running strong and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else

Well it was my first time at this dealership, and all I had done was oil change and tire rotation, and balance. My appointment was at 10:30am and I was leaving and it was 12pm. And just to think I had an appointment. It wasn’t like I was a walk-in. So for me, I’ll give it a 3 star. He apologize for the long wait and took 25bucks off my bill.
Have used the dealership for over 10 years. Always have exceptional service. Treat you as if it is there car. Excellent dealership, exceptional people. Highly recommend.
Best Service Department Experience Even in the midst of Covid-19, this place provides great service. Lisa, the Service Department manager, is knowledgeable and always available for questions, and all the service writers and mechanics are friendly and extremely customer focused. Highly recommend that you try this place.
Bought my MDX at Elite Acura in 2015. Great buy and outstanding service. Love the new building since the move. Terrific people and excellent service!!!
