We recently moved from the Seattle area to Bellingham, downsizing in the process. Elise helped us purchase a condo unit while it was still under construction. She dealt with all the little issues that come up with new construction and made the process very smooth and easy for us. Elise helped me find/purchase my first home, and I couldn't have had a better experience! I was 20 at the time and had no idea what to expect, what I really wanted, and didn't have a big budget. We looked at lots of houses, and she even spent most of one day with me going to every vacant house in the area I ended up buying mine in. I feel very fortunate to have met Elise and to have had her in my corner. I live a long ways from the property she was charged with selling, so it was difficult for me to do all the little things everyone needs to do to sell their house.
