Elise was SO helpful! We were selling a condo in another state and trying to purchase one in Whatcom County. She kept us informed almost daily of happenings, new units on the market, helped us find a great finance company, negotiated with sellers, went to look at different units for us and sent video. She also lined up a mobile notary who met us in a hotel while we were en route to Washington, to come to our hotel to sign closing papers. I have had the pleasure to work with Elise on the sale of 3 homes. She goes out of her way to make sure the sale goes as smoothly as possible. Elise really cares about her clients. Elise will make sure you get the best and highest price . She will be honest about price and not sugar coat. She took photo's and video herself as well as hired a photographer. OUTSTANDING in every way. INTEGRITY. Sold our vacation home for us (she also sold it to us a few years back and loved her so much used her again = proof of trust). Good advise, made sure everything was clear to us and that the sale went 1) fast & 2) for excellent price. Would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
