No waiting, friendly staff, no pain visit.
Everyone was very pleasant from the moment I walked into the office for my first visit there. They had my insurance information ready and was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I found out I had gum disease and they were very supportive in making sure I understood the cost to my insurance company as well as out of my pocket. There were no unpleasant surprises. My family and I have had wonderful experiences with Elgin Family Dental. The staff are very caring, considerate and do their best to ensure their patients are comfortable. That means a lot when you are sitting in a dentists chair!
I appreciated that I was called to come in early because the Hygienist was caught up and could see me early. Keisha was very polite and friendly, never did she hurt me and was such a blessing to talk to. She is a credit to your staff.
