Very positive experience with x-rays, cleaning, and dental exam.
I experienced an exceptional level of skills, and customer service from the staff and professionals at Elgin Family Dental. It was obvious to me Dr. Herring and his entire are extremely knowledgeable about the work that they are involved in. I left there thinking that I wish I had began my very first dental experience with them many years ago. I would recommend anyone to them.
Super fantastic hygienist and a dentist too cool for school! Everyone at the front desk is so pleasant I'm reminded of great customer service everytime I'm in the office. The reason I make the trip from Austin to Elgin for my dental needs.
Everyone is very nice. I appreciated the dentist making sure I was very numb before starting procedure.
Oh my gosh! I was pretty nervous for my dental cleaning since I hadn't been in for one in over a year. First of all, my hygenist was very friendly and helped me feel at ease. She had some computer stuff to enter in about me before hand, but she continued to tell me what she was doing and what came next. When she began cleaning my teeth, it was practically pain free. Prompt service, friendly staff, modern facility, good work.
My Kids (13, 11, and 6) don't mind going to the dentist. They have had fillings in the past and not even realized that they were being done. They've been going to see Dr. Herring ( and son) since age 4. Both doc's are great and the dental hygenists are as well. We all enjoy the visiting and feel welcome at the office. What a relief. No need for specialized pediatric dentistry!
The office was able to see me on an emergency basis. I did not wait long, and the staff was super friendly! The older Dr. Herring was able to pull my cracked wisdom tooth in about 15 minutes. He was friendly, up front about my options, and made me laugh during a time when I was very nervous. Not to mention: I didn't feel a thing! Love this office, they will get all of my business!
