I called the day before my clean to ask that my cleaner arrive closer to 8am rather than 9am because I had an appointment at 9am. I was assured this request was fine. The cleaner arrived exactly at 9am. I had to reschedule my appointment! Then I left 10 minutes into the cleaning to run errands. A move in cleaning was scheduled for 3 hours, but I came home 20 minutes before the 3 hour window, and the cleaning lady was gone.
