Have used Elevated for a few years now. Happy with their service. Recently, both Meta and Megan have done a really nice job.
I called the day before my clean to ask that my cleaner arrive closer to 8am rather than 9am because I had an appointment at 9am. I was assured this request was fine. The cleaner arrived exactly at 9am. I had to reschedule my appointment! Then I left 10 minutes into the cleaning to run errands. A move in cleaning was scheduled for 3 hours, but I came home 20 minutes before the 3 hour window, and the cleaning lady was gone. This is our second clean with Amber B, and we just want to say how excellent of a service she has provided us. We are so thankful to have her in our home and are so pleased with the service! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services.
