I had a very disappointing experience with manager Ashley Mendoza. She initially reached out to me via text and pushed me to make a payment right away, saying their special for monjouro— “A 5ml vial is $1,250 and if you purchase one 5ml vial, we give you 1ml for free” — was ending, and that she wouldn’t be back until Tuesday so I had to pay as soon as possible. Absolutely Unprofessional – Do Not Recommend would rate 0 if possible. I had one of the worst experiences at this wellness center. From the beginning, they promised a high level of care, results, and professionalism — but they failed miserably on every front. Not only did they not deliver on what they advertised, but when we calmly brought up our concerns, we were met with complete disrespect.
