Very simple and easy
The representatives will lie to you I am highly upset I am a medical patient that renewed over a month ago. I was told 12/23 that’s when my old cert expired so 12/24 I would get my certification i was told that would be done in the morning it is now 1:21 pm and I am still here waiting for my renewal that I paid for in advance just to be on their time. The lady told me things would be update 12/24 and that’s untrue also they are closed so I have to wait all the way until Monday to speak to someone this is the worst I’ve ever ... read more
