I find Dr. Kandel to be a very good doctor! How so? She is professional, she listens to my concerns and she is willing to try different treatments with an open mind. I've been going to her/her office for many years now and have ZERO plans of ever looking for another!

In Dec, I called Dr. Kandel's office for an appt. Was told she had no availability until Feb. Made appt for 2/16. On 2/14 received a msg reminding me of my appt w/someone w/a different name. Called to ask who that was. Was told he was Dr. Kandel's PA. I said i do not see male dermatologists. i had made an appt w/Dr. Kandel, i was not told at that time i would be seeing someone else. They would not schedule me w/Dr. K until May! Going to a different clinic.

Very unprofessional and under trained stuff, made me wait for over an hour just because I was few minutes late. There are plenty of other doctors who care about their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Kandel for over 8 years now and she is a wonderful physician. She is easy to talk to, pays attention to my concerns and never dismisses any concern that I may have. Although she has higher end products available for sale, she never once pushes any product and all of her recommendations for me have always been what will be best for me and my needs. I trust her as a doctor, and am delighted to have her as my dermatologist.
