I’ve reached out to Element on multiple occasions to discuss my apartment unit with them and have yet to get ANY response, we are going into the 2nd month with no reply. Very unprofessional!!!

Lake Pointe Apartments looks decent from far away, but once you move in you see the flaws and lack of proper management. I moved into an apartment habitated by someone for 20 years, the only thing updated was the carpet and linoleum floor, and appliances. The bath tub and fixtures in the bathroom were old and corroted. The linings under the sinks are damaged, none of the sliding closet doors were cleaned. Just did a move in walk thru and was appalled at the condition, lack of cleanliness and abhorrent workmanship from every vendor. We had a list 30 material items long. And that's after the date being delayed by them 3 times for over 2 weeks.

On top of all the mess we've dealt with in the few years we've been living here; this most recent one, Takes The Cake! Simply put, My husband went in to sign the lease of renewal.
